Getting here
Most guests arrive from San José through Puntarenas and cross the gulf by ferry.
Take the ferry to Playa Naranjo
The ferry leaves from Puntarenas. Check the official schedule before you go; the host sends it with your directions.
Drive about 20 minutes
From the Playa Naranjo dock to the villa, above Playa Blanca in Gigante.
Plan for the last stretch
The final road is ballast. A 4×4 or a car with high clearance is recommended.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The view was absolutely amazing, and the infinity pool made it even better. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host communicated very well and responded quickly whenever we needed anything.
After part of the week up in Arenal, it was so nice to relax by the pool, cook in a beautiful kitchen, and watch the sunrise with the breathtaking view. … There are beautiful beaches much closer (Playa Blanca was under 10 min).
A beautiful place with a fantastic view! The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the outdoor grill, and everything was excellent.
